Client Overview

Building Blocks for Kids envisions a community where the needs of all children, regardless of their challenges, are being met. Their mission is to provide support, resources, scholarships, and hope to families who have children with physical, emotional, and/or developmental challenges.
Since 2003, they have assisted more than 800 children with a variety of needs including therapy, therapy equipment, hearing aids, communication devices, home modifications, vans with wheelchair lifts, special beds, displacement costs when needing to see a specialist in another city, adaptive bikes, adaptive strollers, seizure dogs, and so much more!

Problem Statement

The AMA Cincinnati Agency focused on giving BB4K easy-to-implement tools that will help them execute marketing that will drive awareness, improve communication with donors, guide volunteer roles, and measure the success of their marketing.

Outcomes

The AMA Cincinnati Agency created six deliverables for BB4K:

  • Audience personas that served as the foundation of the rest of the deliverables
  • Recommended roles for a volunteer-based marketing committee
  • A Donor Sponsorship Package
  • Revisions to BB4K’s website structure and content
  • A Social Media/Editorial Calendar
  • Organization-level KPIs
