The Job Search Community is a support/networking group assisting professionals seeking careers in marketing and related functions, including sales, public relations, graphic design, advertising, brand management, event planning, project management, business leadership, etc.
One of our longest-running Communities, it is our forum for connecting job seekers, recruiters, and hiring managers across Cincinnati’s employer base, from agencies and startups to small businesses and corporate enterprises.
The facilitator is a past AMA President and the founder of this essential community. Collectively, he and this community have helped literally thousands of marketers connect to new opportunities and top talent.
Finding Great Opportunities
The Community is a primary support system, but we also manage an active online Job Board, open to both job seekers and job posters. The service, including a resume database and consolidation of marketing and related jobs posted directly and from other relevant job boards, is free for job seekers.

Continuing Professional Development
Marketing professionals often have their first introduction to the AMA when they are seeking a channel for networking in a job search. We are proud to serve in that capacity, with a great track record of connecting talent with opportunities and vice versa. We’re also honored that once job seekers land, they usually not only stay engaged with us for ongoing networking and professional development but also actively work to pay the assistance forward. That’s true for recruiters too – recruiters have been some of our most engaged partners over the years.
