TIFFANY SIEVE
Chief Marketing Officer, Paychex
Tiffany Sieve became Chief Marketing Officer of Paychex following the close of the company’s acquisition of Paycor in April 2025. In this role, she leads the entire Paychex marketing team to drive demand generation, brand awareness, creative services, and communications to support Paycor’s growth initiatives. As the former Paycor Chief Marketing Officer, Tiffany elevated the Paycor brand nationally, drove demand generation to scale the business, and built a world-class marketing organization.
Throughout her robust marketing career, she has a proven track record of leading marketing teams through brand evolutions by implementing innovative campaigns and pioneering new channels that deliver exceptional results. She has successfully led the marketing strategy through an IPO, multiple acquisitions, and spearheaded the high-profile naming rights deal for Paycor Stadium.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Purdue University and an MBA in Marketing from Wright State University. Passionate about giving back, Tiffany supports the Cincinnati non-profit community, including serving on the board for Adopt A Class and leading Cincinnati’s American Heart Association’s Go Red Executive Leadership Board.

JENELL WALTON
Vice President- Content, Cincinnati Public Radio
Jenell Walton is Vice President of Content at Cincinnati Public Radio, where she leads programming, content strategy, marketing, digital engagement, and community outreach across the organization’s public media platforms. In this role, she helps guide the creation and distribution of content that informs, inspires, and connects audiences throughout the region.
A Cincinnati native, Jenell brings more than 20 years of experience in journalism, communications, and strategic leadership. She began her career in public media while studying Mass Communication at Miami University, later spending more than a decade in television journalism as a reporter and anchor at WCPO-TV and WLWT-TV, and as a reporter for the nationally syndicated program The List. She has also held senior communications and development roles with Cincinnati Metro, the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, and the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.
An Emmy Award–winning journalist, Jenell is passionate about public media, impactful storytelling, and strengthening connections between organizations and the communities they serve.
